Graphic Design Intern

We are looking for Graphic Design Intern!

At Kaizen Technology, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who’s excited to contribute to our fast-paced marketing team. If you enjoy working across different mediums—from social media visuals to UI mockups and branded materials—this is your chance to be part of a growing tech company with a passion for design and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Designing visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) bu using Figma or Adobe Photoshop
• Creating UI mockups for website by using Figma
• Preparing branded presentation templates (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
• Designing clear and impactful one-pagers for products or services
• Supporting the team with marketing collateral such as roll-ups, stand visuals, event materials
• Creating email newsletter templates compatible with Mailchimp, PipeDrive, Outlook, or HubSpot
• (Optional) Visualizing content and brainstorming ideas via Miro
• Using Canva for internal and fast-paced design tasks

Requirements

• A 2nd or 3rd-year student studying Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Figma or Adobe Photoshop
• Skilled in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required; Illustrator, InDesign are a plus)
• Have a strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and consistency
• Well-organized, with strong time-management skills
• Open to feedback and eager to learn
• Passionate about branding, digital marketing, and design

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
• Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g. Figma animations or After Effects)
• Understanding of print design and preparing print-ready files
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital and print media

• Availability to work at least 3 days a week
• Portfolio submission is required (PDF or a portfolio link)
