What You’ll Do
As our Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will lead the way in expanding our client base and partner ecosystem. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, especially in retail, fintech, and e-commerce, and managing integrations and long-term partnerships with POS providers and ecosystem players.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Identify and engage potential strategic partners (e.g. platforms, payment gateways, integrators)
- Initiate and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders in target sectors
- Managing full partnership cycles — from prospecting to negotiation and go-live
- Represent Kaizen Technology in industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem forums
- Building and nurturing strategic partnerships that go beyond transactional sales
- Lead to shape Kaizen's positioning in new verticals and geographies
- Acting as the main point of contact for partners post-onboarding
- Working closely with product and marketing to align on partner needs and industry trends
- Lead Kaizen Technology’s position as a trusted loyalty platform in new verticals
- Driving revenue growth through smart, sustainable relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or SaaS sales
- Experience in software sales, business development, B2B partnerships
- Ability to understand technical contexts (e.g. APIs, integrations)
- A consultative mindset — solve problems
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Based in Istanbul or London
